Creating a course that works: Episode 2

Welcome to the creating a course that works mini series

[progressally_objectives]

This week we are talking all about objectives.

Objectives aren’t uncommon in the world of education. An objective is simply an end goal or an outcome for the session.

But I want you to think about this differently.

If you want to build a course that sells, and that solves a specific problem for your participant, then you need to think about an objective from their point of view.

What do they want to achieve by taking this course?
What do they want the end outcome to be?

Try and really think about this from their point of view using their words.

If you aren’t sure, then you should ask them, don’t just assume.

So tell me, what are their objectives? What do they want to get out of your course?
